ALL ORDERS MUST BE PRE-PAID. Lou Malnati’s pizzas will be delivered to the pickup site frozen and can be kept in the freezer for a later time. Each pizza can be cut into four slices and serves two adults. Payment must be made by check.

·        Make checks payable to Woodstock Youth Football.  Checks must have a phone number. No cash or credit – CHECK ONLY!

Keep the top copy so you’ll remember how many pizzas you will be picking up!
